Shipping Policy

At Bare Earth, each order is prepared with care and intention. Because our products are made in small batches, shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on availability and production schedules.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Please note that hand-dyed yarns and small-batch scents may require additional time during launches or restocks. If there is a delay beyond the expected timeframe, you will be notified.

Custom color and custom colorway orders require additional processing time. These orders are dyed or prepared specifically for you and may take 2–4 weeks to complete, depending on the scope of the request and current production volume. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and other major services.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Bare Earth Yarn Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

International Shipping

Bare Earth offers international shipping on select products.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.

Bare Earth Yarn Studio is not responsible for delays, holds, or additional charges incurred during customs processing.

Product Restrictions

At this time, hand-dyed yarn is available for international shipping.
Room and wearable scents are currently limited to U.S. shipping only due to carrier and customs regulations.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Bare Earth Yarn Studio is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can assist.
