Solrise - organic cotton in DK and worsted weights

Hand-dyed in small batches in our Racine, Wisconsin studio, Solrise is a warm, clay-toned orange that carries the first steady rise of sunlight. It holds warmth without intensity—settled, grounded, and quietly radiant.

Subtle tonal variation moves through each skein, revealing layers of sun-warmed earth, muted terracotta, and soft amber. It pairs beautifully with neutrals, natural greens, and deeper sun-tones, offering a balanced presence within a palette.

Solrise is part of the August Sun gradient: Sunfire, August Sun, Solrise, Aurelia, and Sunveil.

Most heirloom blankets require multiple cakes depending on stitch pattern and finished size. Heavily textured projects will require additional yardage.
